Research Report Design
A 60 page research book showcasing research into climate change. We represented the concept Ki uta ki tai in our cover photography.
In the photos, a father and son gaze either shoreward or seaward. They look to the past or to the future from their unique perspectives and with their differing dreams.
Expanding on this concept quotes from kaumatua are interwoven with the landscapes throughout the book.
The book was split into 4 themes, which were colour coded. These colours formed part of the revitalised brand and help the audience identify the different programmes within the challenge
We took the brand evolution work we had done for the research book and used it as a way to upgrade the website to tell the same expanded story. Enabling the brand and the website to evolve with the challenge without a costly redesign.
